February 2025 Updates

Welcome to the February 2025 updates from 3DNS.

In this article, we'll share 3DNS’s latest developments, ongoing projects, and future plans. We're excited to keep you informed about how we're growing and improving our onchain domain services.

Namespace Projects

We're excited to announce we will be working on namespace initiatives:

• Ink Network Collab: We're partnering with the Kraken team on their new blockchain called Ink which is part of the Superchain, for the Ink identity space. This project is set to launch soon, and we’ll keep you updated.
• Sonium Team Partnership: Our founder, Paul, has been in discussions with the Sonium team, and we're making progress on an artistic APAC themed Sony namespace. This project is about 75-80% complete and expected to launch soon.

Namespace projects are important for expanding the utility and allowing projects to build with onchain domains.

Back-end Updates

Our development team has been hard at work revamping our back-end to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge of technology. Key features in progress include:

• Search V2
• Make Offers
• In-app Notifications

These features are set to roll out soon, improving your experience with 3DNS. Our back-end is the backbone of our platform, and we're constantly working to improve it. Search V2 introduces AI-powered suggestions, making it easier for users to find the domains they're looking for. The Make Offers feature will streamline the process of purchasing domains by allowing users to make direct offers. Notifications are being enhanced to keep you informed about important domain activities, such as renewal dates, bids, and offers. This will help you manage your domains more effectively and stay ahead of any deadlines.

Support Improvements

We've revamped our support system with new processes and additional team members to handle your queries more efficiently. We've successfully managed a significant number of tickets and are proud of our improved response times. Your patience and feedback have been invaluable in this process.

Community and Events

Paul (project lead) represented 3DNS at two major crypto events this month. He attended Consensus Hong Kong, held from February 18-20 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, and ETH Denver, running from February 23 to March 2 at the National Western Complex in Denver, CO. These events have provided excellent opportunities to network and discuss the future of onchain identity. At both, he focused on networking, attending the main venues and participating in side events to connect with potential partners and industry leaders. The insights gained from these interactions will help us refine our products and services to better meet the needs of our users.

Creative and Marketing

Our art department has been hard at work creating motion graphics and developing a new brand identity that resonates with our values of simplicity, cleanliness, and education. This new art style will be reflected across our platform and marketing materials, providing a consistent and engaging visual experience.

On the marketing front, we're focusing on educational content to help our users understand the complexities of onchain domains. We believe that informed users are empowered users, and we're committed to providing resources that educate and inspire.
